When our work is placed on a wall it is either adored with praise and awards, ignored through indifference, analyzed with subjectivity or at worse it could have rotten tomatoes cast in its direction. But when a critique is thought of as a “doorway” it becomes a passageway to insight, enlightenment and new creative horizons. It becomes an opening and awakening to knowledge and alternate perspectives. It becomes an invitation to learn and apply stronger forms of visual perception, verbal articulation and emotional connectivity.Cheryl Savalahttp://creatingspace365.comnoreply@blogger.com
